這根本不算是消息。                        

很多人早就知道了，

隨著部份儲備金本位制的布列敦森林系統的垮台

成立了國際貨幣基金組織IMF，

與世界銀行World Bank兩個具有爭議性的機構。

簡單來說，

這兩個機構對於全世界而言，

就好比聯準會對於美國是一樣的。

亦即：

世界各國家＝美國

IMF與世界銀行＝聯準會。

又聯準會沒有任何實質儲備金

（憑空創造出鈔票來）

所以得證：

1. IMF與世界銀行也沒有任何實質資金；
2. IMF與世界銀行在行剝削全球百姓財富之實。

IMF需要「極度」提高特別存提帳戶的額度。

n  他說：「如果將來還要提供資金來援助歐洲，
那麼IMF現有的資源不夠。」

South Korea, June 4 (Reuters) - The IMF has to have more resources after the support for Greece and needs to "very significantly" increase the amount of special drawing rights, the head of the Fund's policy-steering committee said on Friday.

"If we are going to start including funds made available to Europe, then the IMF is not properly resourced," Youssef Boutros-Ghali, who chairs the International Monetary and Financial Committee, told Reuters, adding that IMF members were talking of doubling the amount of SDRs.

Greece's problems are not over yet and it is still not clear if it can implement reforms, he said in this South Korean port city ahead of a meeting of G20 finance ministers. (Reporting by David Milliken, editing by Jonathan Thatcher)
